An Aspiration To Become An Administrator!

Deepasri-06-12-2020
Deepasri is a class topper with an
outgoing and confident temperament,
and hence was naturally chosen as the
class leader for Grade 6. She has been
studying at Isha Vidhya Coimbatore
from Lower Kindergarten, and is now in
Grade 7.
Last year, Deepasri won the 2nd prize
at the Olympiad International Math
Competition. She shares that her math
teacher encouraged her to participate in
the competition, and also coached her well.
Over the years, Deepasri has won many
competitions in drawing, arts & crafts, has
participated in a spelling bee competition,
and at the Zonal level in a throw ball
competition.
Deepasri's father is a daily worker. Deepasri
wants to become a District Collector
(Administrator), and help the needy people.

Isha Vidhya students win essay competitions!

Dear Patrons,
With great zeal and enthusiasm, six students
from Apollo Isha Vidhya Niketan, Aragonda,
participated in a virtual essay writing
competition. In an event organized by the local
police to mark Police Commemoration Day,
Rajeswari of Grade 10, and Muskan of Grade 9
bagged merit prizes at the divisional level.
An Andhra Pradesh Police personnel gave
away the prizes to the winners. We have
attached a picture for your attention.
Isha Vidhya's students continue to be
dedicated in their studies as well as extra-curricular
activities even in these challenging times
of the Covid-19 pandemic. We appreciate
their involvement and dedication, and wish
them all the best for their future!

Greetings on World Children's Day!

Dear Patrons,
Greetings on the World Children's Day!
Out of the 8,946 students studying in the
10 Isha Vidhya schools, 48% of the students
are girls, 64% study on scholarships, and
many are first-generation learners from
underprivileged families. We are proud of
their achievements and performance,
because, belying their disadvantaged
backgrounds, every batch of grade 10
students of Isha Vidhya has posted a 100%
pass result!
We would like to attribute this success to the
hardwork of the students, teachers, and all
the staff and volunteers at Isha Vidhya, and
of course, the co-operation and support
given by the parents of the children! We
would also like to take a moment to thank
YOU, for supporting this important cause,
and enabling our project in whatever way
you can!
We would like to take this occasion of
World Children’s Day to ask to continue
supporting our project. A great way of doing
