Training of Trainers for Volunteers & Coordinators – Alkhidmat Disaster Management, Sangota Swat
Alkhidmat Foundation recently organized a 7-day Training of Trainers (ToT) in Sangota, Swat, specifically designed for our volunteers and district coordinators to strengthen their capacity in disaster preparedness and emergency response.
30 passionate volunteers and coordinators participated in this hands-on training. The sessions were focused on:
Basic First Aid & Emergency Response
Disaster Risk Reduction & Management
Fire Safety & Evacuation Protocols
Psychological First Aid
Volunteer Coordination During Emergencies
This training is part of our mission to build community resilience and prepare our teams to act swiftly and effectively in times of crisis. Equipped with the right knowledge and tools, these volunteers will now lead preparedness efforts in their respective regions.
The initiative also supports UN SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) and SDG 13 (Climate Action) by promoting local leadership in disaster response.
A big thank you to all the trainers, coordinators, and volunteers for their commitment. Together, we are building a safer, more resilient Pakistan.
