During the reporting period, we have done the Preliminary Design and the finalization of the Main Design/Project of the Safe house is underway. This is the necessary documentation for the construction of the structure on the already obtained location given to us by the City of Trebinje. We also received the Location Conditions, which also belong to the preparatory documentation that precedes the construction.
As soon as the Main Design/Project is finished, we will submit a request for a building permit for the construction of the Safe House. After that, we announce a public tender for the selection of the most favorable contractor (construction company),
followed by the construction of the Safe House in stages (in accordance with the project documentation).
We have attached the Preliminary Design of the Safe House so you can get acquainted with how the Safe house will look like in the final version.
