Community Hand Pump Installed in Tharpakar Sindh

Clean Water for All: Community Hand Pump Installed in Sattar Abad, Tharparkar

Alhamdulillah! Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is pleased to announce the successful installation of a new Community Hand Pump in Village Sattar Abad, Kaloi – District Tharparkar, Sindh.

This life-changing initiative will benefit 16+ families, providing them with easy and reliable access to clean drinking water — a basic yet critical necessity for health, hygiene, and dignity. In a region where water scarcity poses serious challenges, this hand pump brings relief, hope, and improved living conditions for the local residents.

Why It Matters:

  • Ensures access to safe and clean water

  • Reduces water-borne diseases

  • Saves time and effort, especially for women and children who often walk miles for water

  • Supports better hygiene and healthier communities

At Alkhidmat, we believe that clean water is a human right, not a privilege. Our mission is to reach the most underserved communities and empower them through sustainable WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) solutions.

Join us in this mission – Donate via GlobalGiving and help us provide clean water to more villages in Tharparkar and beyond. Together, we can build healthier, stronger communities across Pakistan.
