Our friends .. when we talk about 16.2 million people facing acute hunger, and half of the children under-5s (2.3 million) are at risk of acute malnutrition, of whom more than 400,000 children are at risk of severe acute malnutrition (SAM). This means that the humanitarian crisis in Yemen is constantly escalating.
Dear benefactor, your continuous donation has a remarkable and significant impact in saving a child from death. When everyone joins efforts, the humanitarian crisis begins to fade, and your continuous contributions become an important part in ending this crisis that affected and exhausted an entire people.
At the beginning of 2022, we carried out a limited activity by targeting one of the camps for displaced people affected by the armed conflict, and conducting an examination of 40 children under-5s including 9 children with SAM and 12 children MAM, and 35 pregnant and lactating women were sensitized, and 35 pregnant and lactating women were sensitized to follow good health practices and prevention measures.
At the end of this briefing, we once again draw your attention to the fact that our efforts to save children at risk of death depend largely on your generous support, which greatly helps to restore life to sick children.
Take the initiative, contribute, publish and be a part of this humanitarian work, share this project to reach the largest number of people.
