Dear supporters,
Happy new year! Sadly, progress has been slow with fundraising since our last report, but we hope that the new year will bring some more donations and even more progress.
We are excited to announce that we will be continuing to work closely with the communities around Terrat, and will be making regular visits throughout 2023. With your support, we can continue to support healthcare in the area, alongside our other community projects.
We have continued to support Orkonerei FM, the local radio station in Terat, to provide up-to-date, reliable health information to remote Maasai communities in the area through the community health programme.
However, resources are limited in the health centre in Terat, so we would lobe to see some more donations coming in so we are able to support! Small donations will make a huge difference to the quality of healthcare that doctors are able to provide for patients in the district. We regularly travel to Terat, and additional equipment is always greatly appreciated by the medical staff.
The support of healthcare during these challenging times is as significant as ever, and your donations will make a huge difference to the lives of communities in Simanjiro.
If you are unable to donate much at the moment, sharing this project on your social media channels and within your personal network will be hugely beneficial to us!
All the best,
Iona
