The Alkhidmat Futsal League (AFL) is a pioneering initiative dedicated to promoting the growth and development of futsal in Pakistan. As the country's first-ever structured futsal league, AFL has already set a benchmark in its inaugural season by redefining sportsmanship, professionalism, and fan engagement. Now returning with Season 2, AFL continues to elevate the national futsal scene, offering a competitive platform for emerging talent while strengthening community involvement.
Pakistan currently has no grassroots futsal league tailored to the needs of marginalized youth. Without organized platforms to engage in team sports, many talented individuals remain unnoticed and uninspired. The lack of proper kits, uniforms, travel facilities, and rewards further discourages participation, creating a cycle of disinterest and disengagement.This project will organize Pakistan's first grassroots futsal league for underserved youth in Pakistan.
By providing underserved youth with access to structured futsal matches, safe playing fields, uniforms, travel support, and performance-based incentives, this project keeps them engaged in healthy activity, builds self-confidence, teaches teamwork, and reduces their exposure to negative influences like drugs, violence, or street life.This project will engage university students in structured futsal leagues, providing them with a healthy outlet, leadership opportunities, and community recognition
