Empowering the Future: Bano Qabil Registration at UET Lahore
Alkhidmat Foundation set up a registration stall at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore for the transformative Bano Qabil program. This initiative garnered enthusiastic participation, as individuals seized the opportunity to register for free IT courses aimed at equipping them with essential technical skills.
Bano Qabil is a flagship initiative designed to bridge the digital divide in Pakistan by offering courses in Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, Web Development, Freelancing, and more. By providing these courses at no cost, the program empowers youth with the tools needed to thrive in a rapidly digitizing world, fostering self-reliance and opening avenues for economic growth.
The response at UET Lahore highlights the growing demand for accessible, high-quality IT education. This initiative directly aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth). By enhancing digital literacy and creating skilled professionals, Bano Qabil contributes to building a stronger, more inclusive economy.
Special thanks to the students, faculty, and the UET community for their enthusiastic support of this initiative. Together, we are shaping a future where technical knowledge and digital skills become the driving forces of progress and opportunity.
