Food: In the quarter October December 2022 , the children have received food kits on a biweekly basis same that have covered the nutritional needs for their daily menu and for each of the snacks, we have received very varied food which has allowed us to execute more effective nutritional plans for each of the 17 people with disabilities.


Health: We have provided medication for continuous use for a total of 15 people with disabilities in addition to specialized medical attention, emergency surgery and hospitalization of one of our children.
Therapy and other services: During this quarter our children have received daily physical therapy services through individual and group therapy sessions, adaptation of technical aids for transfer and mobilization.
In clinical psychology: Individual and group therapy, behavior modification, cognitive activities and development of daily living skills, self-care, music therapy, art therapy.  In addition to having other services such as Social and Legal Work for each of the cases that are carried in the Family Judicial Units reporting on a monthly basis on the current situation of each of the children.

Education: In the October-December quarter we have carried out pedagogical support for one of our children, coordinating educational activities with the classroom teacher in addition to having been able to coordinate progress with the psychologist of the DECE of the Educational Unit.
Recreation: We have carried out activities according to the dates of celebration such as: Independence of Guayaquil, National Coat of Arms Day, Halloween, All Souls Day, Cuenca Festivities, Christmas, New Year's Eve. We also celebrate the birthdays of each month.

Miscellaneous: We have received a visit from people from the Hearts Of Gold Foundation who have expressed their desire to improve the living space of our children and also to make a mural in the mausoleum of OSSO.
Finally we have been able to make an evaluation through a meeting via Zoom of all the help given by the Hearts Of Gold Foundation to the OSSO Foundation, analyzing the progress we have achieved during this year and we also have the vision to implement new projects for the year 2023.
