To provide free healthcare services to underserved and deserving communities in Nawabshah, Sindh, where access to medical care is limited due to poverty and lack of infrastructure.
Key Activities: Alkhidmat Foundation organized a one-day free medical camp to address the health needs of the local population. The camp served as a lifeline for the underprivileged who cannot afford healthcare services.

Medical Check-ups:
Qualified doctors conducted thorough health check-ups for all attendees, focusing on common illnesses such as respiratory infections, skin diseases, diabetes, and high blood pressure.
-
Medicine Distribution:
Free medicines were provided to those diagnosed with illnesses during their check-ups, ensuring they received immediate care without financial burden.
-
Health Education:
The medical team educated the attendees on preventive healthcare, emphasizing hygiene practices, diet management for diabetic and hypertensive patients, and the importance of vaccinations.
-
Referrals for Specialized Care:
Patients requiring specialized care were referred to nearby hospitals for further diagnosis and treatment.
Beneficiaries: The camp successfully catered to 100 deserving individuals, with a focus on vulnerable groups such as the elderly, women, and children. Many beneficiaries were from low-income families who had little to no access to medical facilities.
Challenges:
- Limited medical supplies due to high demand.
- Difficulty in reaching remote areas for broader impact.
Outcome: This initiative has improved access to basic healthcare in Nawabshah and alleviated some of the immediate health challenges faced by the local community. By providing free medical services, Alkhidmat Foundation contributed to the overall well-being of the participants, reducing their financial strain and promoting a healthier lifestyle.
Future Plans:
Alkhidmat Foundation plans to organize similar camps across underserved areas in Sindh, focusing on more comprehensive services such as vaccinations, dental check-ups, and maternal health care.
