Days of biblically heavy rainfall have devastated Kenya.
Just when we thought the continued construction of the Live and Learn in Kenya Education Center in Nakuru was coming along very well - the rain began to fall. It could have been worse, but it was bad enough. The entire girls' restroom building was completely broken down. Toilets and sinks were ripped down as the walls fell. We must have it built as soon as possible - that is - as soon as we have the funds for it. We need to raise $8600 to reconstruct this building!
Schools in Kenya have been closed and it is planned that they reopen on May 13th - if the weather and circumstances of the school allow it.
Thank you for any support possible. We appreciate every donation.
Asante sana - thank you
