The poorest of the poor children living in the slums of Nakuru, Kenya, are given the loving support they need to break free from the unending cycle of poverty they were born into. At our center, children not only learn the basics of reading, writing, and arithmetic but also develop critical thinking skills and self-confidence. We are incredibly proud of the Live and Learn in Kenya kids who consistently prove their intelligence and resilience. Many of our students have gone on to graduate from university, and two of our former students have even returned as teachers, having been with us since kindergarten.

Live and Learn in Kenya International offers students the opportunity to attend trade schools and provides assistance in finding jobs afterward.
