One toilet for one poor family in Rwanda

I hope this message reaches you in good health. On behalf of the Rwandan Youth Development and Voluntary Organization (RWAYDAVO), I would like to sincerely thank you for your ongoing support of our Rwanda Toilets Construction for Poor Families Project.

While we are thankful for the progress we have made, I regret to inform you that we have encountered some challenges that have caused delays in the project. Despite our best efforts, securing the necessary funding within the anticipated timeframe has proven difficult, and as a result, we have been unable to complete the construction of additional toilets for vulnerable families in Northern Rwanda.

Thanks to your generosity, we have successfully built and donated eight toilets to families in need. However, due to financial constraints, we have not yet met our target of constructing 17 toilets by the end of this year. We are currently facing a funding shortfall of US$7,000, which is critical to completing the remaining 12 toilets.

This funding gap is vital to ensure that these families receive the sanitation facilities they urgently require. Despite these setbacks, we are fully committed to the project’s mission, and we are confident that with your continued support, we can overcome these challenges and reach our goal.

We kindly ask for your consideration in making a donation, or if possible, setting up a recurring monthly contribution to help us close this gap. Your support will have a direct and meaningful impact on improving the living conditions of vulnerable families in Northern Rwanda.
