Report on Rwanda Toilets Construction for Poor Families Project

Dear Patrons,

I hope this message finds you well. On behalf of the RWANDAN YOUTH DEVELOPMENT AND VOLUNTARY ORGANIZATION (RWAYDAVO), I extend my deepest gratitude for your unwavering support towards our Rwanda Toilets Construction for Poor Families Project.

It is with regret that I inform you of the challenges we have encountered in progressing with our project activities as initially planned. Despite our best efforts, we have faced significant delays in securing sufficient funds in a timely manner. This has directly impacted our ability to complete the construction of additional toilets for vulnerable families in Northern Rwanda.

To date, thanks to your generous contributions, we have successfully constructed and donated eight toilets to deserving families in need. However, our goal of constructing a total of 17 toilets by the end of this year remains unfulfilled due to financial constraints.

We are currently facing a shortfall of US$8000 needed immediately to initiate the construction of the remaining 12 toilets. This amount is crucial for us to move forward and ensure that these families receive the sanitation facilities they urgently require.

Despite these setbacks, we remain steadfast in our commitment to realizing our project goals. We firmly believe that with your continued support and generosity, we can overcome these challenges and successfully implement the project.

Therefore, we kindly appeal to you to consider making a donation towards our project or even initiating a monthly recurring donation. Your support will not only help us overcome our current financial hurdle but will also sustain our efforts in providing essential sanitation infrastructure to vulnerable communities in Northern Rwanda.

We sincerely appreciate everything you have contributed thus far towards our project. Your belief in our cause inspires us to persevere, and we are optimistic that together, we can make a significant difference in the lives of these families.
