Dear Patrons,
Thank you so much for all the support that you have provided so far for our Rwanda Toilets construction for poor families Project. RWAYDAVO is in the process of constructing 10 toilets in Northern Rwanda for the upcoming 6 months. To be able to do this, we need US$5000 as an immediate expense so that we can go ahead with the work. So far we have started the constructions of additional two toilets that will be covered by the previous donations.
To raise this money, RWAYDAVO is contacting different donors so that we can do activities on time. I wish also to share with you the progress of the constructions and the materials we have purchassed so far.
Materials
1 Concrete ring (32” ø x 16”)
2 Ring cover
3 Cement Bag (Eight sacs)
4 Sand Cement
5 Gravel Cement
6 Brick (300)
7 Pan with siphon
8 HDPE pipe 4”
So far we have finished to dig the standard hole for the two toilets ( see photo attached), and the constructions (elevation) are expected
to start this week.
