Project Report: Empowering Orphans with Essential School Kits – Jhang, Punjab

Project Overview

The "Empowering Orphans with Essential School Kits" project aims to support and motivate orphans in the Jhang cluster of Punjab, registered under the Alkhidmat Orphans Family Support Program (OFSP). The initiative provides these students with much-needed educational supplies, helping to ease their academic challenges and celebrate their remarkable achievements in school.

Distribution of Education Kits

As part of this project, we successfully distributed 63 education kits to orphans in the Jhang cluster. Each kit was thoughtfully prepared to include essential items designed to aid the students in their academic pursuits. The distribution was not only a way to meet their educational needs but also a celebration of the outstanding exam toppers, recognizing their hard work and dedication.

Items Distributed

The education kits contained the following essential items:

• School bags: Durable and spacious enough to carry their books and materials.
• Water bottles: Encouraging healthy hydration habits during school hours.
• Geometry boxes and stationery: Necessary tools for subjects such as mathematics and drawing.
• Registries: To assist with note-taking and organization for their studies.

These items have been carefully selected to ease the students’ daily challenges, allowing them to focus on their education without the added burden of acquiring these essential supplies.

Impact on the Orphans

The distribution of the kits has had a significant positive impact on the children. By equipping them with essential educational tools, we have helped reduce some of the barriers they face in their academic journey.
