Hello donors!
It has been almost three months since Hurricane Harvey devastated Texas, causing massive damage to many communities throughout the Coastal Bend area and Houston. All Hands has been on the ground since those initial days, listening to the needs of the community and helping in any way possible.
To date, All Hands has assisted close to 200 families in Texas and our work is not over. We have committed to two years in Texas and our recovery phase will be starting up at the beginning of 2018. Our teams are currently working and conducting rebuild assessments in high need areas of Houston and Aransas Pass. Many small communities there are particularly vulnerable and are often overlooked by organizations with resources. Once our rebuild phase starts families in these communities will be top priority and our teams will work to get homes back to safe and comfortable conditions.
We couldn’t do our work without the continued support of our donors so we thank you all for your help. Please continue to stay updated on our work in Texas and around the world.
Thank you!
