Hot Meal Distribution for Flood-Affected Families in South Punjab
Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, with the generous support of GlobalGiving donors, successfully distributed hot meals among flood-affected families in South Punjab. The devastating floods left countless families without food, shelter, and basic necessities. In response, our team mobilized quickly to provide freshly prepared, nutritious meals to those in urgent need.
Each meal was carefully prepared to ensure balanced nutrition, including rice, lentils, vegetables, and protein-rich items, catering to families who had lost access to proper food sources due to the disaster. The distribution took place in the most severely affected regions, where our volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure that no one went hungry.
For many beneficiaries, this initiative provided not just food but also hope in the midst of hardship. Mothers expressed relief at being able to feed their children, and elders found comfort in knowing they were not alone in their struggle.
