Ramadan Food Pack Distribution in Multan – Bringing Hope to 200 Families

As part of our ongoing efforts to combat food insecurity during the holy month of Ramadan, Alkhidmat Foundation South Punjab organized a food distribution drive in Multan to support 200 deserving families.

Ramadan is a time of compassion, generosity, and community support, but for many struggling families, it is also a time of hardship and uncertainty. Rising food prices and economic challenges make it difficult for vulnerable families to afford basic necessities. To help ease their burden, Alkhidmat Foundation provided essential Ramadan Food Packs, ensuring that these families can observe Sahur and Iftar with dignity and peace.

Each food pack contained flour, rice, lentils, sugar, cooking oil, dates, and other staple items, carefully selected to meet the nutritional needs of families throughout the month.

With the generous support of GlobalGiving and our kind-hearted donors, we are able to spread the blessings of Ramadan to those who need it most. Together, we can make a difference and continue to bring hope, relief, and smiles to struggling families across Pakistan.

Ramadan Food Packs Bring Relief to Deserving Families in Khanewal

Hunger remains a significant challenge in Pakistan, where millions of families struggle daily to secure food. With the rising cost of essentials and ongoing economic hardships, the holy month of Ramadan becomes even more difficult for low-income and vulnerable families. Many households face food insecurity, making it hard for them to observe Sahur (pre-dawn meal) and Iftar (breaking the fast) with dignity.

To address this growing concern, Alkhidmat Foundation took the initiative to distribute Ramadan Food Packs to 150 deserving families in Khanewal. Each pack was carefully prepared with essential food items such as flour, rice, lentils, sugar, cooking oil, dates, and other necessities to help families observe Ramadan without the burden of food scarcity.

This initiative is part of our larger effort to combat food insecurity in Pakistan, where millions live below the poverty line. Many daily wage earners, widows, and orphans are among those who struggle to put food on the table. Our food distribution not only provides immediate relief but also restores hope and dignity to those in need.
