Extended Arms Initiative
Annual Report 2020
Thank God we have survived the year 2020 and all the challenges and we are counted worthy to continue to carry on with our dreams. Our expectations for the Extended Arms Initiative in the year 2021 will come to pass in Jesus' Name. Amen.
ACTIVITIES in 2020
(1) EAI Annual fundraiser was done via Facebook, thanks to all of you who participated.
(2) Feeding of the homeless in February with a handful of Volunteers.
(3) Target gift certificates distributed to our KCBC Kids and their families. Gift certificates starting from $25 to $100 were given out according to the family's needs.
(4) Distribution of hygiene kits to the homeless people in Santa Ana
(5) We continued to pursue our goal of winning souls for Christ by maintaining contact with our KCBC kids. One of the kids had a life-threatening condition but our God has miraculously kept him alive.
(6) Maintaining Connie’s School of Fashion Design at the Youth center. (Five graduates in the last year)
(7) We were able to assist a young family in Nigeria get back on their feet after they lost ¾ of their family income due to the covid-19 pandemic. (see the attached letter of thanks)
(8) We paid the examination fee for a young lady so she could complete her university education. Single parent.
(9) We helped a young man who was in a financial crisis due to the illness of his only son.
(10)Five brand new sewing machines were awarded to our graduates.
