Gaza Urgent Relief

The humanitarian crisis in Gaza that has left residents of Gaza without access to sufficient food, water, medical care, and safe shelter

.As a result Egyptian Food Bank launches an urgent humanitarian food relief campaign, providing the essential food needs to support the affected families in Gaza. we provide them with a food box including the following :  (3 ) bottles of mineral water (1 Litre each)  (1)semi dry dates (400 gm each )  (3) canned beef (340gm each)  (2 )packs of Molasses (350gm each)  (4) fava beans cans(400gm each)  (2) Milk bottles (I Litre each)  (5)  feta cheese

Egyptian food bank aims was to prevent The Gaza Strip from facing a  chronic humanitarian crisis, impacting the livelihoods and access to essential services by its two million residents.

 Egyptian food bank is dedicating now  all the donations that are coming for Gaza to support the needy Palestenian familes from Gaza who are livin in Egypt . Eguptian food bank provides them waith essential foos items .

Since October 2023, we have successfully dispatched 9,000 tons of food supplies and donations across 9 convoys. Our efforts to support Palestinian families residing in various governorates of Egypt include:

1. Monthly Distribution of Food Vouchers: We provide monthly food vouchers to 500 families. These vouchers can be redeemed at "Kher Zaman" branches.
2. Food Basket Distribution in North Sinai: Each month, we assist 900 families in North Sinai by supplying food baskets sourced from the Egyptian Food Bank.
3. Hot Meals for Injured Individuals: We provide 600 hot meals to injured individuals in hospitals located in Bir al-Abd, Arish, and Sheikh Zuweid.
4. In-Kind Donations: We are grateful for the generous contributions from our partner institutions, which have been vital in supporting our initiatives.

This program model serves as a reference for our ongoing efforts to support Palestinian refugees in Egypt. By maintaining a structured approach and continually assessing the needs of our beneficiaries, we aim to enhance our impact and reach more individuals in need.
