Fall is an exciting time for us. It means a new Peraj cycle is starting, time to make new friends, and encounter new and diverse activities.
During Summer, we prepared for this season: recruited this year´s mentors, and chose the coordinators carefully. During early fall, we conducted two different training sessions for 45 coordinators from 22 different states. The first one took place in Culiacan and the second one in Mexico City. Along with the training, the coordinators received Peraj’s methodology and also participated in a workshop for soft skills development. This new generation of trained coordinators will replicate their training with the at least 20-mentors group they manage. With this training, coordinators and mentors will be better suited for the incredible opportunity ahead: be a good example for a kid.
Thanks to your support, we are happy to announce that matches have been set and Peraj is once again, blooming.
Welcome 16th generation of Peraj Mentors and Mentees!
Here are some photos of both trainings.
