Christmas was celebrated at the Cuddalore school before the school closed for winter-break. Classes were decorated with festoons and balloons but the main attraction was a nativity scene with the crib.
KG and primary class students came dressed as angels. Interestingly, Santa paid a visit on her ‘reindeer on wheels’! Christmas is synonymous with cheer and love, and we celebrated it with the same fervour. Not only did our kindergarten kids danced to joyful tunes, even the Xmas trees and the Santa could be seen dancing!
Along with carols by our students, kids from 3rd to 5th Std performed a Christmas skit. The Christmas cake and the gifts were distributed to the students.
At the end of the celebratory program, students returned to their homerooms and were surprised with a visit by Santa. We wish everyone Merry Christmas!
If you would like to write to the children, please send us an email at global.giving@ishavidhya.org, and we will try our best to share it with our schools!
Happy Holidays and advance wishes for a very happy New Year 2019!
Thanks & Best Regards.
