Happy Autumn :-)
THANK YOU so much for your support of CWEF and our work to spread health for the children of rural China! Today I would like to give you a snapshot of one of the Yunnan boarding schools your giving is positively impacting:
Shichang Primary School in Yunnan has 178 students. This year your generous funding will improve the lives of these precious students in the following ways:
1. Complete a solar-heated bathroom for the school
2. Provide health education courses for students and teachers
3. Host competitive sports events for the students
4. Provide psychological support for the students, as 1 in 4 of the students are left-behind children
5. Provide psychological support for the teachers, as they face greater management pressures with so many students living on campus
6. Provide sports equipment like basketballs, ball tables, jump ropes etc.
7. Provide 10 water purifiers to solve the problem of unsafe drinking water and reduce aquatic diseases
And remember I am just sharing with you ONE way (of many ways!) your generosity is transforming the health and well-being of children in rural China! THANK YOU for partnering with us!
