Gracias a la generosidad de nuestros donantes se han logrado los siguientes resultados en las actividades extraescolares.
Las actividades como natación, artes marciales de defensa personal y talleres de reciclaje contribuyen a varias áreas del desarrollo de los niños:
1)Natación: Desarrollo físico: Ha mejorado la coordinación, la fuerza muscular, resistencia cardiovascular y flexibilidad. Al ser un deporte que requiere práctica regular ha fomentado la disciplina
Habilidades para la vida: Enseña habilidades esenciales como la seguridad en el agua y la autoconfianza, los niños han adquirido habilidades para prevenir accidentes en el agua.
Salud mental: Ofrece una forma de ejercicio que puede reducir el estrés y mejora el bienestar general.
2)Artes Marciales y defensa personal. Fomenta autodisciplina, autocontrol y disciplina personal.
Se ha logrado confianza y autoestima, han aprendido a defenderse y a dominar técnicas de autodefensa, así como fomentan el respeto y la ética.
3) Taller de reciclaje: Se ha logrado una conciencia ambiental aprenden la importancia del reciclaje de PET, plástico y papel entre otros, cómo sus acciones impactan el medio ambiente. Desarrolla la creatividad, así como el pensamiento crítico sobre cómo reducir el desperdicio.
En general estas actividades no solo proporcionan habilidades específicas, sino que también contribuyen al desarrollo integral de los niños y adolescentes fomentando su bienestar físico, mental y social.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, the following results have been achieved in extracurricular activities.
Activities such as swimming, self-defense martial arts and recycling workshops contribute to several areas of the children's development:
1)Swimming: physical development: it has improved coordination, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. As a sport that requires regular practice, it has fostered discipline.
Life skills: Teaching essential skills such as water safety and self-confidence, children have acquired skills to prevent accidents in the water.
Mental Health: Offers a form of exercise that can reduce stress and improve overall well-being.
2)Martial arts and self-defense. Promotes self-discipline, self-control and personal discipline.
Confidence and self-esteem have been achieved, they have learned to defend themselves and master self-defense techniques, as well as foster respect and ethics.
3) Recycling workshop: Environmental awareness has been achieved; they learn the importance of recycling PET, plastic and paper, among others, and how their actions impact the environment. It develops creativity as well as critical thinking on how to reduce waste.
In general these activities not only provide specific skills, but also contribute to the integral development of children and adolescents by promoting their physical, mental and social well-being.
