Afghan women continue to learn new carpet weaving skills and to share their knowledge and skills with each other. Right now there are carpet weavers working from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm daily. They are able to work on at least 2 pieces at a time so that as one is completed, another can begin. As they are ready to move on to open their own businesses, others are able to take their place. The learning is on-going and supportive.
