We are excited to inform you that the installation of the
COLD ROOM AT SENIOR CENTER SAN PEDRO CLAVER HAS STARTED
THROUGH YOUR GENEROSITY THIS DREAM IS BECOMING A REALITY
Here is a step by step report of how the work is progressing:
THE DOOR WAS WIDENED OLD APPLIANCES WERE MOVED TO A CORNER OF DINING ROOM
THE MATERIAL STARTED TO ARRIVE THE PLUMBING WAS INSTALLED
INSULATION PANELS WERE INSTALLED REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT IS IN PLACE
Very soon we will be sending you new report of the completed project and the group of seniors it will benefit. We are also pleased to inform you that Fundacion San Pedro Claver was able to keep expenses within budget despite almost 9 months since they obtained the original estimate.
The Dining Room serves daily 70-80 very low income seniors as well as low-cost meals for the personnel of the adjacent San Pedro Claver Medical Center. It also serves as a community center for the seniors since it provides fellowship and activities for many of them who live alone.
