This Christmas, Bethlehem Arab Society for Rehabilitation will host a party for its in-patient children who receive medical and rehabilitation interventions. During this party, children will enjoy several activities with clown, participate in games, and receive gifts. In the last two years, these parties were disturbed by COVID-19 restrictions. So, having this party will bring joy in this holiday season.
Hospitalized children at BASR either have medical conditions or disabilities that require multiple rehabilitation sessions a day at rehabilitation facilities at BASR. They usually stay for several months with one family member, away from their siblings, friends, and community. It can get even more difficult during the holiday season, which reflects their overall well-being.
This party will bring joy and happiness to the children currently staying at the facilities of BASR. This is also considered one contributor towards their recoveries.
