Project Report: Free Medical Facilities Through Mobile Health Units
Bringing Healthcare to the Doorsteps of Deserving Communities
In collaboration with Taj Gasoline, Alkhidmat Foundation Sindh has been providing free medical facilities to underprivileged individuals through our Alkhidmat Mobile Health Units. These mobile units travel to remote and underserved areas, ensuring that even the most marginalized communities have access to essential healthcare services.
Each Mobile Health Unit is equipped with modern medical tools and staffed by qualified doctors and healthcare professionals. Services include general health check-ups, diagnostics, and the distribution of free medicines. This initiative has been a lifeline for communities with limited or no access to healthcare, addressing ailments ranging from common illnesses to chronic conditions.
This project aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being) by promoting equitable access to quality healthcare for all.
We are immensely grateful to our donors and partners, whose generosity enables us to sustain and expand this vital service. With your continued support, Alkhidmat Foundation aims to reach even more people in need, improving health outcomes and transforming lives across Sindh.
