In the heart of Shatila camp, where daily challenges can often weigh heavily on young shoulders, a group of determined boys aged 12 to 15 have found hope, discipline, and joy through football — because of your support.
Led by their passionate coach, the team now trains three times a week on a modest field that has become their escape and sanctuary. With every kick of the ball, the team is learning more than just how to pass or score — they’re learning commitment, teamwork, and self-confidence.
This past season, the team proudly represented Shatila in several friendly matches against neighboring camps. They didn't just compete — they showed unity and pride, bringing families together to cheer them on and proving that even in the toughest environments, resilience can shine through sport.
Jafra believes in nurturing these young players, year after year, giving them a positive outlet and keeping them away from harmful distractions. New players are always joining as others grow up and move on, ensuring the legacy continues.
With your continued support, we can ensure more children in Shatila have a safe space to grow, play, and dream big through the power of sports.
