Dear Friend
When I last wrote to you on 18th June, I said that we were at 'the end of the beginning' and that building should start soon, but it was looking like there could be another lock down because of Covid in Zimbabwe. Well there was and still is a lock-down, but with help from the authorities things can be allowed to start, subject to strict observations of the rules set.
This week things have actually started and I cannot express just how delighted we all are that at long last we can progress with the school buildings. It got underway on Monday with the heavy machinery clearing the site and then as the week progressed the site was marked out for where the building would be.
I just could not wait to let you know all of this, for after 2 years of planning we have actually 'got the show on the road'
I hope to be able to send you more news as things develop at the site and in the meantime I attach some pictures of the land being cleared and the marking out of the buildings pre to the foundation work
Very best wishes
Danny
