Alkhidmat Installs Community Hand Pump in Sehwan Jo Goth, Sanghar
Access to clean drinking water remains a challenge in many rural areas of Pakistan. To address this critical need, Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan has successfully installed a Community Hand Pump in Sehwan Jo Goth, District Sanghar, benefiting 50 families.
For years, residents of this village faced severe water scarcity, often traveling long distances to fetch water for their daily needs. With this newly installed hand pump, families now have direct access to safe and clean drinking water, significantly improving their quality of life and overall health.
This initiative directly supports United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6 – Clean Water and Sanitation, ensuring sustainable and equitable access to water for all. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our GlobalGiving donors and supporters for making this project possible.
Alkhidmat remains committed to expanding its water relief initiatives, striving to bring clean and accessible water solutions to more underserved communities across Pakistan
