During 2022, the High Atlas Foundation (HAF) with FRÉ Skincare planted a total of 3,780 Argan trees with local communities in four provinces of Morocco: Taroudant, Al Haouz, Rhamna, and Azilal.
Currently, 47,000 Argan trees are growing in community fruit tree nurseries supported and managed by HAF.
HAF’s goal is to plant all 47,000 by the end of March 2023, primarily with local women’s cooperatives in the Safi, Essaouira, Taroudant and Guelmim provinces.
