Project Report: Employment Opportunities for 10 Unemployed Families
Creating Pathways to Sustainable Livelihoods
Alkhidmat Foundation is proud to report the successful implementation of an initiative aimed at empowering 10 unemployed families by providing them with sustainable employment opportunities. This project was designed to support families struggling to make ends meet by enabling them to start their own small businesses or enhance their existing income-generating activities.
Through this program, each family received financial assistance and business resources, such as carts stocked with fruits and vegetables, sewing machines, or startup kits for small enterprises. These tools have not only provided immediate income but also laid the foundation for long-term economic self-reliance.
This initiative aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 1 (No Poverty) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), by promoting economic independence and reducing poverty.
We extend our gratitude to our donors, including the GlobalGiving community, for their invaluable support in making this project a reality. Your contributions are directly transforming lives, empowering families to break the cycle of poverty, and build a brighter future. Together, we are creating meaningful change, one family at a time.
