My Health, My Life: Promoting Well-Being for a Better Future
Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), the Alkhidmat Orphan Family Support Program conducted province-wide awareness sessions titled "My Health, My Life." These sessions aimed to promote healthy lifestyles and empower children with the knowledge and practices needed for their long-term well-being.
Healthcare professionals guided the children on adopting healthy habits and shared essential preventive measures to ensure safety and wellness. In addition, children participated in fitness exercises, fostering physical activity and enhancing their understanding of the importance of staying fit and active.
This initiative not only addresses immediate health concerns but also contributes to building a healthier future for the next generation. By focusing on preventative care and education, we are working toward reducing health disparities and promoting a culture of wellness, directly supporting the SDG target of ensuring healthy lives for all.
Your continued support enables us to expand these efforts, reaching more children and communities to create sustainable, life-changing impacts. Together, we can achieve a healthier, more resilient world.
