Once again areas of Afghanistan have been hit by extreme flooding. Most recently in August, communities in Parwan Province were flooded in the early hours of one morning with loss of life and livelihood affecting hundreds of families.
AIL has been able to help by providing 200 families with: cooked food, floor coverings, blankets, clothing and shoes, cooking utensils, shovels and picks. This aid is vital in these sudden, climatic events when frequently families lose everything in an instant.
