At the Afghan Institute of Learning (AIL), we know that quality education begins with empowered teachers. That’s why our ongoing teacher training workshops are a cornerstone of our mission to uplift Afghan communities through learning.
These workshops train educators—many of whom are women—to become more effective, compassionate, and skilled in their classrooms. Teachers are guided in modern teaching methods, interactive learning techniques, classroom management, and student-centered education. They also learn how to support students emotionally, especially during times of crisis or trauma.
In a country where educational resources are scarce and teacher support is limited, these trainings are transformational, helping create nurturing environments where students can truly thrive.
Thanks to your generosity, we are building a stronger foundation for the future—one teacher, one classroom, one child at a time.
With heartfelt thanks, Afghan Institute of Learning
